Name an organization, describe a problem, or tell Sergio what kind of collaborator you want to meet.

Choose who feels useful
Review relevant member suggestions, then reply with a number or organization name. A recommendation alone does not authorize contact.

Meet only after they say yes
Sergio privately asks each selected organization if it is open to meeting. Only an explicit yes creates the joint introduction.
Permission is the point
You choose who Sergio may ask. The other member chooses whether to meet. No one is introduced before they accept.
