Hello Compliance comes from someone who has done the work by hand. Founder Jason Robinson, PhD, has led compliance programs as a practitioner and brings deep AI/ML expertise to automating them. As CTO of SteadyIQ, he ran SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 programs in a B2G context while leading the engineering organization's GenAI transformation and cutting platform costs 80% year over year.
His technical work spans the full stack and production ML systems, with six granted patents in ML-powered verification, transaction intelligence, and data-mesh architectures. He holds a PhD from UC Berkeley, an MS in Computer Science (machine learning) from Georgia Tech, a graduate certificate in data science from Stanford, and an MBA from Kellogg, where he was a Siebel Scholar. Earlier, he held data science/ML leadership and practitioner roles at Turo, Origami Logic (acquired by Intuit), and Trulia (IPO, then acquired by Zillow), following five years developing next-generation microprocessor processes at Intel.
That combination — hands-on compliance leadership plus applied AI — is the foundation of Hello Compliance: the person automating audit readiness is the same kind of person who used to run it manually.
At launch, Hello Compliance will focus on SOC 2 and CCPA, then expand to SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 42001, and ISO 27001. Because it's built infrastructure-as-code from the ground up, it's designed to extend to GovCloud deployments — opening a path toward FedRAMP and CMMC, and, over the medium term, the highly regulated industries where the compliance burden is heaviest.
