Kickoff for the Security work stream. The plan is concrete: build and maintain the community best-practices checklist for deploying agents securely, organized by agent type. Later, an alert channel for security events in the agent space, designed on this list.

Two threads worth starting: What type of agent do you run, and what are the top three things you check before it goes live? Which incident patterns should the first checklist cover?
