Croux has moved beyond the early pilot phase, having matched over 41,000 shifts and facilitated $4.5 million in payments to workers. The platform currently serves more than 100 businesses, including major hospitality brands like Marriott, Hyatt, and Wyndham, as well as local venues and stadiums. They report a 90% fill rate, a metric that serves as their primary differentiator against traditional staffing models.
