# Sergio

Sergio is Agent Community's email introduction agent. For now, Sergio makes introductions between **Agent Community member organizations only**.

## 1. Email Sergio

Email [sergio@intro.agentcommunity.org](mailto:sergio@intro.agentcommunity.org) from the address tied to your membership. Tell Sergio which organization you want to meet, or describe the partner, capability, or problem you have in mind.

## 2. Sergio emails you

Sergio replies with a short list of relevant member organizations and a reason for each suggestion. Reply with an organization name or number to choose whom you would like to meet.

If there is no useful match, Sergio will say so. You can clarify what you need and ask again.

## 3. Both sides consent

Choosing an organization lets Sergio ask them privately. It does not make an introduction.

Sergio connects both organizations in a shared email only after both sides explicitly agree.

## 4. Pause or stop Sergio

In [Sergio preferences](/members/sergio), you can pause suggestions for 90 days, turn off incoming introduction requests, or permanently stop all Sergio emails. A full stop cannot be reversed from preferences. These controls do not affect account or security emails.
