# Agent Brief

Agent Brief is our curated snapshot of what's happening in the agentic web — launches, research, standards work, funding, the occasional argument worth reading. It's not a wire service dumping every headline in your inbox; it's what we found worth passing on, read and picked by us, daily or weekly, your choice. Think of it as one team's read on a fast-moving space, not a feed that tries to catch everything.

## Daily or weekly

The cadence is the product, so pick the one that fits how you work. Daily is for people who want to keep pace with the agentic web as it moves. Weekly is for people who'd rather get the shape of the week in one sitting, without the day-to-day noise.

Members can set their cadence from the [members dashboard](/members) at any time. If you're not a member yet, you can still subscribe directly at [news.agentcommunity.org](https://news.agentcommunity.org) — no registration with Agent Community required.

## What's in it

Each issue draws from a mix of:

- New agent launches, releases, and product updates
- Research papers and technical write-ups worth a closer look
- Standards and protocol work across the ecosystem
- Funding rounds and notable company news
- Commentary and debate we thought was worth surfacing

We're not trying to cover everything — we're picking what seems useful and skipping the rest. If a week goes by without much worth mentioning, the issue is shorter. We'd rather send something worth reading than pad it out to look busy.

## The monthly community update

This is a different email, and it's easy to mix up with Agent Brief, so let's be explicit: the monthly community update is Agent Community's own news — governance progress, working-group activity, and milestones for the community bid. It's about us, not the wider agentic web.

Members receive the monthly community update by default. It has nothing to do with your Agent Brief cadence setting — you can be on Agent Brief daily, weekly, or not at all, and still get the monthly update, or vice versa. If you're only interested in the wider agentic web and not in our own governance news, that's a completely reasonable way to use these two lists.

## Unsubscribing

Every email — Agent Brief and the monthly community update alike — carries an unsubscribe link. Because they're separate lists, unsubscribing from one doesn't touch the other. If you only want to stop the daily or weekly digest but keep hearing about community milestones, that works fine, and the reverse works too.
